Next Steps for Employers
HR Works’ LMS Clients can be assured that their online HR Works’ Harassment Prevention Trainings comply with all state-specific training requirements, including information about the hotline for New York employees.
As we previously reported, it is expected that New York employers will need to update their harassment prevention policies and training materials to ensure that they include reference to this hotline. New York employers who deliver their own harassment prevention trainings should incorporate information about the hotline into their trainings moving forward.
