  • 1/2. Our time to fill vs. the industry average, which represents our success in tapping into our vast network of professionals.
  • 40%.  The percentage of repeat clients in 2022, which represents the confidence that our clients have in our unique and proven process.

Division Growth

In 2022 we welcomed a new team member, Jennifer Durfee! Jennifer Durfee is a Talent Acquisition professional with 5 years of experience. Jennifer’s diverse recruiting background includes both in-house recruitment and executive placement; she additionally has experience in client management and business development.  Jennifer’s commitment to quality and client satisfaction, and her passion for connecting candidates with their next job opportunities supports and drives the continued growth of HR Works’ Direct Placement Division in all areas of HR, Finance, and Professional Services.

Jennifer is an innovative and creative thought leader who uses a consultative approach when helping clients make strategic hiring decisions to drive company success. Her innovation and creativity has also provided her the opportunity to connect with candidates with their dream job, helping them to understand what qualities of both the job and the company align best with their career goals. Jennifer attributes her years of success and overarching recruiting philosophy to her strong passion for helping people.
