HR Works Earns 2021 Great Place to Work Certification™

HR Works, a total solutions provider of HR outsourcing and consulting services, is proud to be Certified™ by Great Place to Work® for the third year in a row. Achieving this certification is not just an honor, it also provides us with an opportunity to collect and understand valuable employee feedback in order to make impactful changes.

Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation. Only a small percentage of companies that take the company-wide Trust Index survey receive certification.

We have learned a lot from the Great Place to Work® survey responses, including that ‘94% of our employees said that when you join the company, you are made to feel welcome’. At HR Works, providing a positive employee experience is a top priority. Though the past year presented new challenges,  we continued to focus on employee needs including providing the ability to work from home, offering flexible schedules, and investing more in technology. We continue to keep employees engaged through regular virtual meetings, virtual birthday cards, and special events like virtual chair yoga.

While we are so appreciative of everyone who took the time to provide their feedback, what really makes HR Works a Great Place to Work is our people. We are so proud to work with all of you each and every day. Thank you for your continued dedication to delivering quality and excellence, and for being a valued part of the HR Works family.
