CA Pay Data Reporting

In accordance with Senate Bill 973, private employers of 100 or more employees and at least 1 employee in CA must report certain pay and other data annually.

IL Equal Pay Registration Certificate

In accordance with Senate Bill 1480, all private employers with 100 or more employees in IL and are required to file EEO-1 with the EEOC must now obtain an Equal Pay Registration Certificate.
