On January 20, 2023, the EEOC published a notice on their website stating that data collection for 2022 EEO-1 Component 1 filing is tentatively scheduled to open in mid-July of this year.

Following the close of the 2021 EEO-1 filing period, which was extended through June of 2022, the EEOC stated that 2022 EEO-1 data collection could be expected to open in April of 2023.

HR Works has updated our recently published 2023 Affirmative Action Compliance Calendar to reflect this change. Download the updated calendar here.
