Current Form I-9 Expired on October 31

The current Form I-9 has an expiration date of October 31, 2022. However, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is instructing employers to continue using the Form I-9 after its expiration date until further notice.

DHS will publish a Federal Register notice to announce the new version of the Form I-9 once it becomes available.
