EEO-1 Filing Deadline Extended

The EEO-1 Joint Reporting Committee has extended the 2015 filing
deadline to October 30, 2015. In general, employers with 100 or
more employees and federal contractors/subcontractors with 50 or
more employees will need to file a report for each of their U.S.
establishments. Filing has been delayed in part due to a new
password reset procedure. If the email address for the contact
person on last year’s report is invalid, the employer needs to
submit a change request on company letterhead. If this impacts
your organization, submitting the request soon should be a
priority to avoid missing the extended deadline. The request can

For federal contractors and subcontractors, the VETS-4212
filing deadline has not been extended

due September 30th.
