
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) updated its COVID-19 guidance, entitled, What You Should Know About COVID-19 and the ADA, the Rehabilitation Act, and Other EEO Laws to address antibody testing, accommodations for high risk family members due to pregnancy and age, caregiver discrimination and harassment.
In addition, the EEOC has provided resources on its website related to the pandemic in an employment context. The agency will continue to monitor developments and provide assistance to the public as needed.

Employers are encouraged to review the updated guidance to ensure that their COVID-19 related practices and procedures do not violate the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and any other federal or state laws.
