Electronic Filing of OSHA 300A Has Been Delayed

OSHA is not currently accepting electronic submissions of the information from 2016 Forms 300A. Instead, the agency has proposed delaying the July 1, 2017 enforcement of the new rule to December 1, 2017, and announced that it will launch an electronic data collection system by which employers can comply with the rule by August 1, 2017.
