Effective January 1, 2020, employers will be required to post a Spanish version of their workers’ compensation notice.
To comply with the updated notice requirement employers will need to contact their workers’ compensation insurance carrier to obtain a Spanish version of the notice. It is recommended that employers ensure they receive a Spanish version of the notice prior to the New Year. The notice should be posted in a conspicuous area where it will be visible to employees.
