OFCCP Releases New Audit Lists

A new list of establishments scheduled to undergo an OFCCP audit has been posted. The list includes 2,250 service & supply contractors. This year’s list includes institutions of higher education, which were excluded from the prior list while OFCCP provided additional technical guidance to contractors in this field and updated training and procedures for compliance officers.
Two new types of focused reviews are reflected in the list: Accommodations and Promotions. OFCCP has been mentioning for several months that these are coming, and the contractors on this CSAL will be among the first to undergo these two types of focused reviews. Other audit types included in the list are Section 503 Focused Reviews, Compliance Checks, CMCE Reviews, Establishment Reviews, and FAAP Reviews. VEVRAA Focused Reviews are not included in this CSAL. OFCCP is continuing to complete the list of 500 VEVRAA Focused Reviews that was published as the 2019 CSAL Supplement. For the first time since the release of the new Construction Technical Assistance Guide, a separate list of 200 construction contractors has also been published.
