Effective January 1, 2020, employers will be required to post a Spanish version of their workers’ compensation notice.
To comply with the updated notice requirement employers will need to contact their workers’ compensation insurance carrier to obtain a Spanish version of the notice. It is recommended that employers ensure they receive a Spanish version of the notice prior to January 1, 2020. The notice should be posted with the employer’s other required notices, in a conspicuous area where it will be visible to employees.
