On Wednesday, October 21, HR Works released a Special Alert for NY Paid Sick Leave guidance. Employers who have not reviewed the Special Alert are encouraged to do so as soon as possible. The alert may be accessed by clicking here.
HR Works will continue to monitor information provided by the state and will be developing policy language to assist clients in meeting these new requirements.
