The new Enhanced Analytics Dashboard provides graphic representation of AAP results, helping facilitate internal communication and understanding of workforce demographics among HR professionals, talent acquisition, management, and executives. Upon completion of a company’s annual AAP development, its AAP data is securely stored on HR Works’ encrypted servers and presented as several metrics, or graphics, displayed on a web-based dashboard.
Clients can view analytics such as utilization, goal progress, employee demographics, and applicant data online 24/7. The dashboard is interactive, searchable, and filterable, making it easy for clients to focus on metrics relevant to their own organization.
