Celebrating 25 years in business, HR Works, Inc. is honored to be among the top companies in its category of small/medium companies.
Created eight years ago, this annual program is the result of a partnership between the New York State Society for Human Resource Management and Best Companies Group. Each year, this program evaluates and ranks the best places of employment in New York State based on employee satisfaction and engagement, as well as workplace practices and policies. It is unique because employees’ survey responses count for 75% of the ranking formula.
