Senior Marketing Manager

As Senior Marketing Manager at HR Works, Tiffany is responsible for overseeing the company’s internal and external branding and marketing efforts. Drawing on over a decade of marketing expertise in digital strategies, content creation, and visual design, she also brings a valuable background in HR, with experience spanning recruiting, employee relations, talent management, and culture and engagement.

Tiffany has a proven track record of leading successful marketing initiatives, including website redesigns, implementing effective email marketing campaigns, and developing impactful brand identities. Since joining HR Works in 2015, her strategic implementation of digital marketing and advertising programs has resulted in a more than 400% growth in web leads.

Tiffany earned her Associate of Applied Science degree in Business from Bryant & Stratton College and is an active member of SHRM. Tiffany also holds the SHRM Volunteer Leader Specialty Credential, which focuses on excellence in volunteer leadership, association governance, and strategic planning.

Furthering her commitment to the HR community, Tiffany has been a dedicated volunteer for the Central New York Chapter of SHRM for over 10 years. She currently serves as the Chapter President, sitting on the Executive Board of Directors and serving as a voting member of the New York State Council. In this leadership position, she provides strategic oversight for chapter activities, ensures alignment with national SHRM objectives, and acts as a primary representative for the chapter within the broader human resources community. Prior to her presidency, Tiffany served as the chapter’s Vice President and Marketing Committee Chair.
