Adam Dusseault

Vice President, Business Development

Adam works with clients in a variety of industries to analyze HR and benefits processes, identify inefficiencies and exposures, and recommend solutions to streamline, eliminate profit leaks and ensure compliance. His focus is in Central New York as well as national markets. He thrives on establishing mutually beneficial partnerships with our clients that create a true win-win relationship. Adam joined HR Works in 2010, bringing many years of workforce management experience with him, from one of our major partners.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies from Cazenovia College with a concentration in Business Management. He’s a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management, Central New York Society for Human Resource Management and Mohawk Valley Society for Human Resource Management.

Adam enjoys spending time with his wife, Kate, and their four beautiful daughters, Alanna, Emma, Ella, and Amelia (Emma and Ella are twins!). He devotes his time to becoming the best father he can possibly be, and as a family they love swimming, biking, going for walks and traveling.

Before Adam got married, he and his wife went on a mission trip to India and worked in an orphanage. Adam says it was an incredible learning experience and trusted that they both made an impact. He’s also a member of the Board at River of Life Church in Syracuse, New York.
