Christopher Dickens

Chief Financial Officer

Chris is responsible for the accounting, finance, taxation and payroll functions at HR Works. Prior to bringing his expertise to our team, Chris worked in the accounting department of a Rochester food wholesaler.

Chris has volunteered with the Literacy Volunteers, Junior Achievement and the United Way Day of Caring agencies. He has a B.S. in business administration from Cornell University, and is a past member of the Rochester Chapter of Financial Executives International and the Institute of Management Accountants.

Outside of keeping our books in perfect order, Chris makes time to bike along the Erie Canal and would like to be able to complete long-distance rides on a frequent basis. Chris has started to do more traveling over the last several years. His excursions started off with domestic trips, but recently he’s started to venture out internationally.

Guiding principle: Own up to mistakes and be willing to learn from them.
