Janine Corea

Vice President, HR Total Solutions

With 27 years of human resource experience, Janine has a deep understanding of HR management, employment law, employee relations, leadership and organizational development.

At HR Works, she identifies develops and executes effective strategies for our clients, using her knowledge of compliance, HR best practices, training/ development, culture and engagement and project management.

Janine has served on the board of directors for the National Human Resources Association—Rochester affiliate, as co-director of professional development. She also is a part of 100 Women Who Care Rochester.

Janine earned a B.S. degree in business management, with a specialization in HR management from the State University of New York at Brockport, and holds PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.

If Janine’s not in the office, she might be in a Body Combat class or counting steps on long walks. She relishes spending time with family and reading a good book while enjoying a glass of wine.

Maintaining a work-life balance is important to Janine. That balance and ability to be present for her family has led to fulfillment in the office and at home.
