Maureen Dempsey-Frazer

Vice President, Leave & Benefits Services Development

Maureen has more than 20 years of experience in the management of employee benefit programs.

A true champion for our clients and their employees, Maureen works with our business development team and aligns with our network of strategic partners throughout the country to identify and implement service enhancements to HR Works’ current Leave and Benefit solutions.  She also works closely with clients to understand their business needs to suit the right services with those needs.

Previously, Maureen worked on creating corporate benefit strategies and managing benefits administration for the Sentry Group and Birds Eye Foods.

Maureen is a member of the American Society of Pension Professional and Actuaries and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. She has a B.S. degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego and has completed graduate courses in finance and economics.

Maureen is a wine enthusiast with a WSET 1 certification. She continues to learn and and expand her knowledge about wine from different geographic regions. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
