Shannon Craig
Vice President, Compliance Services
Shannon oversees HR Works’ affirmative action division, incorporating equal opportunity employment compliance requirements with client-responsive services grounded in best practices.
She serves as a partner to our clients, offering advice in all aspects of affirmative action compliance, from developing AAPs, to facilitating successful OFCCP audits, to integrating best practices with their organizational cultures. Having worked in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, Shannon brings vast experience in employee relations, staffing, safety, grant writing and employment law compliance, aiding her ability to provide solutions aligned to her clients’ workforces.
An active Rochester-area volunteer, Shannon is an Ontario County foster parent. She is involved with the Society for Human Resource Management and the Hickok Center for Brain Injury.
Shannon has bachelor’s degree in psychology from Hartwick College and an M.S. in industrial/organizational psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In 2008, Shannon received the Rochester Women’s Network Up & Coming Businesswoman Award.
When she’s not working, Shannon and her husband enjoy visiting restaurants and craft breweries or spending time on the water with their three children.
