Taylor Brodell

Vice President, HR Administration Services

Taylor is responsible for overseeing the Benefits and Leave Management, Payroll Administration, and HRIS Technology services for HR Works. She has over ten years of HR and benefits-related experience, including serving as the Manager of University Retirement Programs at the University of Rochester and Sr. Human Resources and Benefits Manager at The Bonadio Group, prior to joining HR Works.

Taylor holds an MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School, a Masters in Education from the University of Florida, and a BA in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.

When she’s not focused on work, Taylor enjoys staying active with her husband and two young boys. When not running her kids to baseball games or taekwondo practice, her family loves biking and playing with their dog in the backyard. They also make the most of visiting extended family across the country and are grateful to have two great travelers!
