Terri works with clients from all industries, from nonprofit organizations to Fortune 500 companies. She helps clients focus their internal teams on core initiatives and high value activities and recommends options for supplementing human capital needs. By helping clients enhance their HR and Benefit Administration infrastructure, Terri ensures they’re improving efficiencies, streamlining transactional tasks, increasing the ROI on their HCM investment, and reducing compliance risks.
Terri works with clients in Upstate and Western New York, with a special focus on expanding HR Works’ services across the U.S. She joined HR Works in 2004, bringing her extensive sales and client service background to the company.
She holds a B.A. in Communication and Journalism from St. John Fisher College with a Concentration in Psychology. Terri is an active member of the Genesee Area Personnel Association (GAPA) where she previously served as Vice President.
Terri is passionate about “capturing memories.” Some might call this photography, but Terri feels that’s too formal. She says amazing moments in life are easy to capture on a phone, but to truly do something magic with that image is a gift. Terri loves exploring new places with her husband and children, whether it be new countries, cities, towns, or neighborhoods. Family time is precious to her, and she’ll be grateful for it as long as her kids still want to hang out with their parents!
Terri is on the Development Advisory Committee for the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (ABVI), which holds a special place in her heart for many reasons. She’s also co-chair for their annual fundraising Gala.
