2022 HR Compliance & Total Rewards Survey

HR Works has received questions from several of our clients looking to learn what changes employers are making to adapt to the current challenges within the areas of HR compliance, remote work, recruiting and retention, and offering competitive compensation and benefits in today’s labor market. As a result, our HR Strategic Services team has developed a survey to collect this information.

We will compile the final survey results into a report, along with important considerations for employers directly from our HR experts based on the feedback from the survey.
All survey participants will receive a copy of the final report, which will:

  • help you learn more about what other companies are doing,
  • show how trends are affecting employers and employees, and
  • guide you with future decisions as they relate to these areas.

For participating in the survey, you will also have the option to receive a complimentary HR needs analysis and recommendations for any challenges you might be facing.
