HR Works promotes Stuart

HR Works, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Mary H. Stuart to Director, Talent Acquisition. In this role, Stuart spearheads recruiting and sourcing of top human resources talent at HR Works. 

Stuart has over twenty-five years of recruiting and talent management experience working in corporate environments as well as staffing organizations.  She has recruited for many industries outside of human resources including manufacturing, telecommunications, utility, home mortgage, architectural and engineering firms, DOD, banking, and non-profit organizations. Stuart started with HR Works, Inc. in 2006 as a consultant working on-site with several clients.  In 2011, she was brought in-house permanently to manage the increasing demand for internal and external HR talent.  Stuart prides herself on conducting Realistic Job Previews (RJP) ensuring candidates have a true picture of the job presented.

Stuart has a B.S. degree in Public Relations from the University of Central Missouri and will attain her M.A. in Human Resources Development from Webster University in early 2017.  She is a member of the Genesee Valley Chapter, Society of Human Resources Management (GVC SHRM) where she served as secretary for two years. She is also a member of the National Human Resources Association (NHRA), Rochester Affiliate and their special interest group, PRO-Roc (Professional Recruiters of Rochester).  In the past, Stuart also served as treasurer, secretary and executive board president for the New York Staffing Association.

Stuart and her husband reside in Penfield and are avid sailors.  You will most likely find them on Sodus Bay.
