HR Manager

As Human Resources Manager at HR Works, Anne Marie is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s HR function, ensuring alignment with organizational values and strategic goals. She plays a key role in advancing HR Works’ vision of being an employer of choice and certified Great Place to Work by fostering a strong, compliant, and values-driven workplace culture.

Since joining the company in 2003, Anne Marie has contributed to nearly every facet of the business. Her background includes talent acquisition, HR consulting across a wide range of industries, and most recently, a dedicated focus on strengthening HR Works’ internal HR operations. Her work has been instrumental in cultivating a positive employee experience and maintaining high standards of HR excellence.

Anne Marie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Human Resources from Niagara University and completed the Human Resources Certificate Program through Cornell’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and completed the Mental Health Ally Certificate program through SHRM.

In addition to her HR responsibilities, Anne Marie leads HR Works’ Community Works program, which is dedicated to supporting nonprofit and community-based organizations. Through this initiative, she helps coordinate company involvement in various charitable efforts, including HR Works’ annual United Way campaign and participation in the United Way Day of Caring, fostering a strong culture of community engagement across the organization.
